Your order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean we have accepted it. The contract between us starts when your order ships. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit how many you can buy. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in your selected currency and can change at any time without notice. Payment is taken in full when you place your order. If a price or product description is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order, even after confirming it, and refund you in full.

4. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as we can. Real colours, brightness and projection size can look different depending on your screen, your room and the surface you project onto. We may change materials or components to ones of the same or better quality without telling you first.

5. Safe use

Our projectors are electrical products, not toys. Children should only use them with an adult supervising. Use only the cable and power supply provided, or one with the same rating. Keep them away from water, and do not look straight into the light source.

Our pet products should be used with supervision. Check them regularly for wear, and stop using them if they are damaged.

We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, use without supervision, or using a product that is already damaged.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, as published when you placed your order, explain how delivery, cancellations, returns and refunds work.

7. Fraud and misuse

We may cancel and refund any order we suspect involves fraud, unauthorised payment or reselling. We may also block access for anyone who misuses this website.

8. Intellectual property
